Our way of working

01. Selection

Based on the assignment, the objectives to be achieved, the environment in which the assignment is executed, and the corresponding management styles, we select the appropriate interim manager for the assignment using the RealDrives management profile.

02. Introduction

The next step is an introductory meeting. One of the success factors in an interim management assignment is a strong relationship between the client and the interim manager. This meeting aims to assess this relationship and gauge the likelihood of the assignment’s success.

03. Analysis

The interim manager analyzes their environment and determines the necessary steps to achieve the objectives. They create a safe environment where teams can perform their daily tasks effectively.

04. Day-to-day

Capable of coaching teams, the interim manager elevates their performance, which may include conducting performance reviews.

05. Improvement

Continuously seeking improvement, the interim manager outlines action points to facilitate enhancements. They may also act as the client for complex projects and programs to implement these improvements.

06. Closure

At the end of the assignment, the interim manager ensures a smooth transition by transferring their responsibilities, handing over all documentation, and securing that the standing organization is capable of continuing management tasks effectively.
